A Little Progress Each Day Can Make All The Difference

Follow progress not perfection and let me tell you how.


Making progress towards fitness and health goals means hard work and dedication. But it also means working out smart and staying on your routine.

If you’re unsure if you are making progress in your journey, try to consider below points.

Consistency with days with your daily routine

Make smart and small goals initially to see progress.

It will help you to understand your rhythms and your strength. Compare your progress every week to make sure you are improving.

Take notes or maintain a diary. Weekly audits could be a great way to stay on track.

Self Care

I think, it’s most underrated thing in our life. As a mother, father, daughter, son, or a partner we are function to care for others.

Take some time off for yourself. Do not feel guilty when you are having a self care time.

Reflect your goals, aspirations and take a little “me” time.

It is never too late to take care for yourself.

Cherish these small moments, keep a journal and write what you’re feeling (happy, ambitious, sad, low or anything).

Always remember, you can concur a mountain with small steps and it is never too late to have a “first” day.
